15-Minute Pilates for Beginners

A simple follow-along workout you can do at home, to get a feel for our classes before your taster.

Who it's for

Pilates that's built around how you move.

Pilates is a low-impact way to build strength, posture, flexibility, breathing and balance. Our sessions are structured, progressive and adapted where needed, with the focus on quality of movement rather than rushing through exercises.

It's especially helpful if back pain or stiffness has made you wary of moving. Pilates reintroduces controlled movement in a safe, structured way.

You'll receive our free Pilates guide and 15-minute beginners' video by email straight away. A member of our team will then contact you to book your taster class at a time that suits.

Not at all. Pilates improves flexibility over time, so you don't need to touch your toes before you begin.
